Completion
schedule:
To enhance a common appearance throughout the development, the
developer encourages the owner/builder to complete the front yard
landscaping within 6 months
of completion of house construction unless weather conditions make it
impossible to do so.
Landscape
Initiative:
The developer encourages landscape completion of the total site.
Design
Consultant:
A design consultant will be available to assist each homeowner with
landscaping plans.
This design consultant will advise and assist each homeowner with their
particular wishes keeping in mind the common theme of the development.
Each homeowner will be required to submit a landscape plan for approval
by the developer.
Other:
All street-front yards shall be landscaped with trees, shrubs, lawns
and flowerbeds.
Xeriscaped yards will be encouraged.
All disturbed areas are to be landscaped.
Each front yard shall have at least two trees planted in keeping with
the common theme of the development.
Prefabricated garden
ornaments such as wishing wells, gnomes, animals, etc. are undesirable.
Rock or stone is a desirable embellishment when used in masses.
