Utilities

As noted earlier this development will be a geo-thermal community and as such each homeowner is encouraged to install a geo-thermal heating and cooling system.

W.K. Developments will provide the following in the purchase price of a lot:

Roadway:
* A 7.5 meter wide access road complete with drainage ditches and culverts as required.

Electrical:
* SaskPower electrical box provided to the property edge.

Telephone:
* Telephone access line provided by SaskTel to the property edge and will include capability for hook-up to high speed internet.

Potable Water:
* Potable water provided by SaskWater through a utility line running near the development property.
* The standard connection/curbstop provides low pressure water up to a maximum of ½ gallon per minute, 720 gallons per day.

W.K. Developments to provide the following in regards to potable water:
* Potable water line to be installed near property edge.

Homeowner responsible for the following:
* Connection to potable water line with curb stop using approved installer.
* Installing connection from curb stop to water meter using approved installer.
* Connection to water meter using an approved installer.
* Storage tank with float valve to meet Sask Health recommendations and able to hold 3 days normal water consumption.
* Having Sask Health inspect the water hook-up.

Sewage System:
* W.K. Developments has had a Geo-Technical Assessment performed on the property. This included drilling 16 test holes, logging test holes, soil sampling and groundwater monitoring.
* Each homeowner is responsible for their own septic/sewage disposal system.
* Must be approved by SaskHealth.

Hook-Ups:
*Homeowner is responsible for all costs associated with hook-up from their property edge to their residence and any costs incurred there after with the use of any of these utilities.
